Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with PergolaCH. This policy explains how we produce and deliver your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order processing

Our pergolas are made to order. Orders are processed within 10 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is accepted and payment has been received.

Payment by bank transfer (prepayment): if you choose this option, we will email you an invoice with our bank details. Please transfer the full amount within 7 days and quote the invoice number. We only start production and shipping once your payment has arrived in our account. Orders that remain unpaid after the deadline may be cancelled.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery

After processing, delivery within Switzerland takes a further 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather or other events outside our control. We will contact you to arrange the delivery.

Shipping costs

Delivery within Switzerland currently costs a flat CHF 149 per order, as shown at checkout. All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF).

We currently ship to Switzerland only.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Damaged, lost or delayed deliveries

Please inspect your order on delivery and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or wrong, ideally with photos. If your order is lost or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us within this time and include your order number. After 24 hours, production has started and orders can no longer be changed or cancelled. To correct your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible.
