Shipping
Our pergolas are made to order. Production takes 10 to 14 business days, and delivery within Switzerland then takes a further 3 to 5 business days. We deliver throughout Switzerland. Because pergolas are large and heavy, they are delivered by freight to the kerbside. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
Returns and cancellations
Returns are not possible. Every pergola is made to order, and because of the size and bulk of the items and the complications of returning them, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase: please contact us with your order number. After 24 hours, production has started and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Warranty
10 years on the frame and structure, 5 years on the motor and moving parts, and 2 years on electrical components. Your statutory rights for defects under Swiss law remain unaffected.
Damaged or faulty items
Please check your delivery on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours, with photos, to pergolach.0@gmail.com.
